Rent Our Apartment! Link to APARTMENT AVAILABILITY CALENDAR - CLICK HERE! Updated May 21, 2006 The apartment is finally ready for occupancy. After a week of work ending on May 19, 2006, the furniture is in, the terrace is furnished, and the entire place is cleaned and ready to go. Map Link Link to Mapquest Map - CLICK HERE! The apartment is two (2) bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen corner, a full bath (shower only), and a massive terrace (the apartment is about 65 square meters while the terrace is about 60 square meters). Our Italian friends have told us we did not buy an apartment with a terrace, but rather a terrace with an apartment! The terrace is especially nice for breakfasts and dinners al fresco. There is an outside sink on the terrace for washing fresh vegetables or for any other use, plus a large side-arm umbrella, table with 6 chairs, plus a sunning area with two loungers and two sling chairs. Fano Tourism Link Link to English language Fano tourism site - CLICK HERE! The apartment is on the second floor (by US nomenclature) and the first floor ("primo piano") by Italian nomenclature. In other words, we're one floor above street level. There are two entrances, one by a back stairway that leads up to the terrace, and the other is a typical apartment entrance. Fano Restaurant Link - Fantastico! Link to Il Bottigliere site - CLICK HERE! Accessories include a top-of-the-line clothes washer, with plenty of terrace space for laundry to dry. Few Italians own or use clothes dryers, and we've elected to follow local customs. Digital cable TV is installed, as is a 20" flat screen TV.
